RBC (Red Blood Cells) and WBC (White are the main constituents of blood. fight infections by attacking bacteria viruses, that invade body, while transports oxygen in body. Many blood diseases can be detected using count values. Immunity-related like Leukopenia Leukocytosis easily value. The manual counting method cells laboratories takes at least one day to get results, which becomes a major drawback for healthcare sectors diagnose disease right time. More expensive pathological tests also drawback. Accurate is essential accurate diagnosis disease. proposed system used calculate Count, Total percentage (Leukocytosis, Leukopenia) from input smear image. This will help perform with high accuracy less workload. achieved pre-processing involves grayscale conversion, image enhancement, noise removal, binary conversion image, followed plane extraction threshold-based Segmentation. (Leukocytosis percentage-based classification methodology. approach obtained an 98.4%, specificity 88.889%, precision 99.58%, F - Measure 99.50%. Morphological operations implemented MATLAB software.
